Can I download the content other users upload?
Yes, if you want to download content from the Uploads section or the Review Manager section then click on the download button next to the specific file. This will start the download on your browser.
How do I report glitches or suggest improvements?

Can I book a tutorial or walk-through call?
Yes, you can contact our customer service or sales team to arrange a walk-through of the platform and cover all of the features included. They will show you step-by-step how to get the most out of Team Timeline.
How do I add a user to a campaign?
In the top right-hand corner of the screen when logged in to the platform, you will see a box with your name. Click on it and then go to profile. Here you can edit your personal and login information, as well as create users for your campaigns.
What if I have multiple campaigns? Each one with its own users?
Your agency login username and password is dedicated to each campaign. If you have multiple campaigns that you need to access you can do so by keeping a record of the username and password for your login to each campaign on your computer.
How do I change language on the platform?
In the top right hand corner, next to profile you will see a Settings box. Here you can customise the accessibility of the page and change the language. This will only change the language on your own computer.
Is Team Timeline free?
New users can choose the 10-day free trial, located in the pricing page. Team Timeline is not a free service and is a paid monthly subscription. You can choose the right option for the number of campaigns you will need to manage. The £10 a month option allows you to manage 10 different campaigns, with 10 users per campaign. The £20 a month option allows for 20 campaigns and 10 users per campaign. The £50 a month allows you to have 100 campaigns and 15 users per campaign. Contact our sales team for more information.
What are the payment terms?
Payments for each monthly subscription are taken automatically through your bank account or debit card. The payments are taken every 30 days starting on the day your subscription begins.
How do I upgrade my account?
You can do so on the platform itself or by logging in to the website and visiting the Subscription box. This will allow you to easily change subscription. This will happen immediately. You can also contact our customer service or sales team to do this for you.
What if I want to cancel the service?
To cancel the service or dispute a payment please contact the sales or billings team at billings@teamtimeline.co.uk
Do you share my personal information?
No, we do not share or sell any of your personal information.
How do I reset my Team Timeline password?
When you are in the login page, click the reset icon where it will email you a password reset email. You can also contact the customer service team to do this for you.
How do I change my username?
In the Profile box you can edit all your details, including your username. Our customer service team can also help with this.
How many users can I add to one Team Timeline campaign?
This depends on the package you have, but is between 10-25 users per campaign.
